Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, conveying clear and concise product vision and goals.

Technical Product Manager

Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities

  • Gain an in-depth knowledge of the product’s architecture, including the technology stack, libraries, and the infrastructure involved in client requests.
  • Lead the organization and analysis of Incident Postmortems, translating findings into development tasks to enhance product stability.
  • Actively use monitoring tools to analyze application performance and stability issues advocating for a robust monitoring framework.
  • Participate in roadmap development, integrating technical advancements and initiatives, while managing technical risks for successful product launches.

Business Development Executive

Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

Proposal Management (50%) 

  • Conduct regular screening of tendering websites to identify viable opportunities.
  • Conduct a thorough analysis of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), assessing Synergy’s compliance with the requirements.
  • Contribute to the bid decision by analyzing eligibility criteria and other RFP requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end proposal development process.
  • Ensure alignment of technical proposals with client requirements and Synergy’s quality standards.
  • Ensure a compliant and responsive proposal that covers all the qualification and evaluation criteria.
  • Lead and facilitate proposal kick-off meetings and collaborative review sessions.
  • Maintain well-organized proposal calendars, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with Program Directors (PD), Project and Product Managers, sales, and technical teams to assemble inputs and define technical solutions.

  • Consolidate input received from other departments to make the proposal both responsive and compliant, guaranteeing a high technical score in the tender evaluation.

  • Pioneer process enhancements that elevate proposal quality and streamline development.
  • Validate that technical proposals seamlessly meet client specifications and Synergy’s quality standards.

Your profile

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or a technical discipline is required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in proposal management, preferably in a business development role with a focus on Request for Proposals (RFPs) is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of the industry, market trends, and competition within the sector the company operates.
  • Proficiency in conducting market research to identify potential clients, industries, and market trends.

Responsibilities

  • Curate lists of target prospects and establish a strong presence within key accounts.  
  • Engage, qualify, and respond to inbound leads and inquiries effectively.  
  • Foster engagement with existing users to enhance awareness, educate, seek referrals, uncover new opportunities, and enhance account understanding.  
  • Proactively monitor and follow up on self-generated sales leads from both inbound and outbound channels.  
  • Collaborate closely with Program Directors, Project and Product Managers, and the Head of Business Development to profile strategic accounts, identify key stakeholders, and research needs, and present tailored solutions to initiate the sales process.  
  • Promote and market Synergy through persistent cold calling, strategic emails, and proactive communications to prospective clients. 
  • Outreach and initiate contacts with local partners in the target countries. 
  • Present Synergy’s solutions and partnership models to potential business partners. 
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand professional network and stay updated on market trends.
  • Consider participating in public speaking engagements to share insights and expertise with a wider audience.

Your profile

  • At least 3 years of sales experience, with a preference for the IT industry.
  • Capability to understand customer pain points and requirements, and the ability to correlate potential business to the value provided by Synergy’s offerings.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Strong and professional communication skills, encompassing written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals and contracts.
