Synergy is currently developing the Rwanda’s Integrated Electronic Case Management System (IECMS), a sector-wide platform connecting all justice government institutions involved in the provision of justice. It is expected to cover all existing judicial and administrative procedures of the Justice Sector, including Rwanda National Police, National Public Prosecution Authority (NPPA), Judiciary, Rwanda Bar Association (RBA), MINIJUST, and Rwanda Correctional Services (RCS).
In line with our corporate focus on local ownership, capacity development, and system sustainability, Synergy organized an in-depth, seven-week training course for 8 Rwandan Government officers in our Global Learning Center in Yerevan, Armenia.
The training sought to strengthen the capacity of Rwandan government officers in managing IECMS.
“The extensive knowledge of trainers and their commitment were very impressive, I loved the team working ethics and dedication, it’s really amazing”, said Niceson Karungi, IT Business analyst of the Judiciary of Rwanda.
Synergy Project Managers and technical specialists conducted trainings on various aspects of the anticipated system, including case scheduling and tracking, records management, document and electronic filing, and general system administration.
