Synergy won a Tender to Develop eCase Management System for Anti-Corruption Bodies in Ukraine

Synergy International Systems has won a contract to design, develop and supply an eCase Management System for the National Anti-corruption Bureau of Ukraine, the Specialized Anti-corruption Prosecutor’s Office, and the High Anti-Corruption Court. The eCase Management System (eCase MS) will be developed for the anti-corruption bodies within the framework of the European Union Anti-Corruption Initiative (EUACI), the largest EU supported program in the sphere of anti-corruption in Ukraine. It is financed by the European Union, and co-financed and implemented by the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs (DANIDA).

With the implementation of the eCase MS, Ukraine is looking into supplying anti-corruption institutions with the tools and techniques to automate the entire pre-trial investigation workflow, making it paperless, and also more effective, efficient and transparent.

Moreover, the system will enable investigators and prosecutors in Ukraine register and track all case events, enhance record-keeping, reduce delays and case backlogs, as well as utilize data for strategic allocation of time and resources.

“We are happy to collaborate with the European Union Anti-Corruption Initiative in providing the technology and the software supporting the operations of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, and the Specialized Anti-corruption Prosecutor’s Office. eCase Management System will help Ukraine optimize the work of anti-corruption bodies by providing extensive functionality for automation of the pretrial investigation workflow,” said Dr. Ashot Hovanesian, Synergy’s CEO and Founder.
