Synergy Partners with TradeMark Africa to Implement a PCM Solution

Synergy International Systems, Inc. (Synergy) is proud to announce a strategic partnership with TradeMark Africa (TMA) to enhance project and program management capabilities through the implementation of a best-in-class digital solution – Project and Program Cycle Management system. This collaboration marks a significant step in TMA’s digital transformation journey, addressing critical operational needs and streamlining project management processes. 

Enhancing PCM Capabilities with a State-of-the-Art Solution 

TMA has identified PCM as one of the high-demand digital areas requiring modernization. Currently managed on a legacy system, Management Information System (MIS), the transition to a new PCM solution aims to address known inefficiencies and gaps. To achieve this, TMA sought a technology partner capable of delivering a fit-for-purpose, off-the-shelf solution tailored to its operational needs. Synergy proposed to supply, implement, and operationalize the new PCM system, leveraging the capabilities of Synergy Indicata. 

Key Objectives of the PCM System Implementation 

The transition from MIS to the new PCM solution is driven by the need for enhanced efficiency, improved data management, and seamless project execution. As part of this initiative, Synergy will undertake a comprehensive set of tasks to ensure a successful implementation: 

  • Review and Refinement of System Requirements: If necessary, the system requirements will be refined to align with TMA’s needs, reaffirming the solution design and configuring the system accordingly. 

  • Infrastructure Definition: A detailed assessment of the infrastructure requirements will be conducted to support the implementation of the PCM solution. 

  • Data Assessment, Cleaning, and Migration: The current system and data will be analyzed, and a robust migration plan will be developed and executed, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. 

  • Training and Documentation: Synergy will prepare a comprehensive training plan, conduct user training sessions, and develop essential training materials, operational manuals for end-users, and technical documentation for ICT staff. 

  • Full System Deployment: All modules of the PCM solution will be designed, configured, tested, and deployed in accordance with the approved implementation plan, ensuring full coverage of TMA’s requirements.
