This webinar will take a look at project design principles for integrated systems, as well as the sector wide change management strategies that support digital transformation. This will include a presentation of the results achieved to date, ongoing challenges, and strategies for the future.
The Rwandan Justice, Reconciliation, Law and Order Sector has been transformed by the successful implementation of the Integrated Electronic Case Management System (IECMS) across its core institutions, including the Rwanda Investigation Bureau, National Public Prosecution Authority, Judiciary, and Rwanda Correctional Services. This three-part webinar series will provide participants the opportunity to hear directly from the Ministry of Justice about the lessons learned after nearly five years since the inception of this sector wide digital transformation.
